Inclusive Access is a business model that integrates the cost of course materials directly through the campus bookstore or other preferred transactions. The Inclusive Access model at Cengage does this PLUS delivers content directly, and seamlessly, to an institution’s Learning Management System (LMS) or other preferred channel so students are ready from day one.
Note that inclusive access is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. Instead, we consider an institution’s appetite for digital adoption—then build out a solution that’s uniquely yours.

Working alongside your institution’s leadership and bookstore, we create a master agreement—freeing faculty from having to implement the Inclusive Access model individually. Additionally, we partner with third-party providers including Vital Source, Red Shelf, Verba, Follett and Barnes & Noble providing your institution with a seamless experience. With Inclusive Access, the only thing your faculty need do is opt in!

Once you decide to make the transition to Inclusive Access, a Cengage representative will work alongside you to get the program launched on your campus. Once your institution has been set up, you’ll work with your own faculty to:
Choose your course content
Bill students course materials fee via tuition or at enrollment time
Verify course enrollment
Provide Cengage with a census report
